David H. Langsam, President & CEO
Having extensive experience in all facets of AHS' business and in delivering services that meet the ever-changing needs of today's healthcare community, David is responsible for AHS' growth, performance, and strategic direction.
Prior to joining AHS, David served as President and/or CEO of several leading, nationally-recognized, healthcare services companies, including AHC, Inc. and Argent Healthcare.
Earlier in his career, David held various management positions with Medaphis Physician Services Corp. (now Per-Se Technologies) and several other healthcare organizations.
Kathryn J. Canny, Director of Regulatory and Industry Affairs & Founder, PSC
Kathryn is the founder of Physicians Service Center, Inc. (PSC), the premier billing company in the Midwest serving over 400 physicians. Starting as a three-person billing service for a large radiology department, Kathryn led PSC's growth serving leading radiology, pathology and other hospital-based groups in Chicago, Illinois, Wisconsin and Indiana. PSC recently merged with AHS.
Kathryn is a charter member of the Radiology Business Managers Association (RBMA) and the International Billing Association, now known as the Healthcare Business Management Association (HBMA). She currently serves on the HBMA Government Relations committee and is active in promoting the interests of medical billing companies and their physician clients.
Raymond H. Cassidy, Senior Vice President of Operations

Mr. Cassidy has a distinguished professional career in healthcare administration. At AHS he is responsible for daily operations and the bottom line. Mr. Cassidy has held a series of senior leadership positions in revenue cycle management.
For the last fifteen years, he was the Administrative Director at Staten Island University Hospital, where he led one of the premier revenue cycle operations in the Tri-State area. Previously, he led similar areas at St. Luke's/Roosevelt Hospital Center and NYU Medical Center. He holds a BA degree in History from Manhattan College and an MBA in Finance from the Rutgers University Graduate School of Management.
Manuel G. Da Silva, Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Da Silva has extensive experience in high technology and medical billing. At AHS, he is responsible for Product Development, Customer Technical Support, and Network Operations. Mr. Da Silva is an expert in medical billing, workflow processes, and IBM System i development and deployment.
Previously, as President of Computer Inventory Applications, Mr. Da Silva developed business applications for large healthcare group practices and billing services that streamlined workflow processes, reduced costs and improved productivity. He was also Project Director at AISCorp (Administrative Information Systems Corporation), where he was responsible for the design, development, testing, and product launch of the first "natively written" practice management application on IBM's AS/400 platform.
As General Manager at Sidal Management Services, Mr. Da Silva supported corporate subsidiaries in the areas of inventory control, warehouse management and metals distribution. He also held positions as Corporate Director for Sidal Aluminum Corporation and Programmer/Project Leader at Tuscany Imports, Jennison Associates and Brooks Fashions. Mr. Da Silva holds a B.S. degree in Data Processing from the State University of New York at Cobleskil.
William E. Gilbert, Vice President Marketing

Mr. Gilbert has extensive experience growing high-tech organizations by building and expanding customer focus. At AHS, he is responsible for all aspects of marketing and product management.
Until recently, Mr. Gilbert served as Vice President, Business Development for Vibrant Solutions, a provider of Business Intelligence analytics. Previously, he was a Partner at the Venture Consulting Group, a management consultancy helping high-tech companies grow. Earlier, he worked for AT&T, leading customer focused start-up initiatives, product development, and product management for business customers in the US and internationally.
Mr. Gilbert has attended advanced executive programs at Harvard Business School, INSEAD, and the Brookings Institute and has Bachelor of Science degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science from Iowa State University.
Jeanne A. Gilreath, CHBME, Senior Vice President
Ms. Gilreath has more than thirty years' experience in the healthcare industry. At AHS, she is the Compliance Officer, reflecting ongoing industry changes and policy throughout AHS. She is also responsible for client development and expansion of value-added services to existing clients.
Ms. Gilreath has held positions in group practice administration, installation services, account management, product management, marketing and sales management. She has worked in physician group practice and in healthcare information systems and services companies. For eight years, she was Group Practice Administrator for a prominent cardiovascular surgical group in central New Jersey, where she had responsibility for daily operations. Ms. Gilreath was also Regional Vice President of the Practice Management Group of McKessonHBOC, and was Regional Vice President, Northeast, for CyCare Systems, Inc., establishing that company's Northeast operations.
Before AHS, Ms. Gilreath worked at AISCorp, where she held three senior positions, including Senior Vice President of Marketing.
Ms. Gilreath is an active member of the Healthcare Billing and Management Association (HBMA) and serves on its Commercial Payor Relations Committee.
Patricia K. Kagebein, CHBME, Vice President Operations
Ms. Kagebein leads the AHS operations in the Midwest and and is responsible for operations, client support and growth. She has extensive experience with billing for hospital-based practices including pathology, radiology, anesthesiology, hospitalist, and multi-specialty.
Prior to AHS, Ms. Kagebein headed operations for Physicians' Service Center, a leading provider of physician billing in the Chicago area and the Midwest.
Ms. Kagebein is an expert in all aspects of physician coding, billing, and accounts receivable management, including compliance. She also has extensive experience and background in information technology (IT).
Lee M. Larson, III, CHBME, Senior Vice President
Lee Larson leads AHS' Portland, Maine processing center and its New England operations. He works closely with all disciplines within the company: operations, account management, coding, and business development. Mr. Larson brings an extensive healthcare background to AHS in both physician revenue cycle management operations and high-end physician practice management.
Prior to this role, Mr. Larson served as the President of Anodyne Health's Physician Services division, and its sucessor company, AHP Billing Services, Inc. Larson, an original founder of Anodyne Health, was responsible for the company's operational and account management launch in 2003 as well as its rapid growth from 2005 through 2009, a 25%-35% year over year rate. Under Mr. Larson's direction, the Physician Services division also enjoyed a 98% client retention rate.
Prior to co-founding Anodyne, Mr. Larson served as Regional Vice President of Operations for Per-Se Technologies with responsibility for over 500 management and production employees.
Michael Montemarano, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Montemarano has over 25 years experience as a Financial Executive. Before joining AHS, he was the CFO of a telecommunications equipment startup and successfully raised over $70M in equity, debt and strategic financing.
Mr. Montemarano has participated in the M&A work that led to the selection and successful integration of businesses in multiple industries and was the financial leader of the IPO for two telecommunications companies. He has a CPA and an MBA in Finance.
Brice Voithofer, Vice President Anesthesia and ASC Services
Mr. Voithofer leads the AHS anesthesia, pain management, and surgery center division and is responsible for operations, client support and growth. Having managed anesthesia, radiology and pathology practices nationally, he has detailed and extensive knowledge of the nuances of both hospital-based physician billing and surgery center billing.
Prior to joining AHS, Mr. Voithofer worked in sales, client management, consulting, and operational roles at several leading firms in the medical billing and payer industries. Mr. Voithofer began his career at Capital Blue Cross in Pennsylvania and has a BS degree in Health Policy and Administration from Penn State University.
